A founder who has seen it all before
Neal Advisory delivers founder level execution for emerging CPG brands. I’m a founder with real-world experience. I built my own products, put them on shelves, scaled them on Amazon, and grew a TikTok Shop presence before I ever consulted for anyone else.
AI has been a part of my growth toolbox from it's early inception. I launched Wow! Protein Donuts into Walmart (at one point their best-selling protein product) and various US and international retailers, and built it into a six figure online business. It became clear to me that my path as a founder had left me with a toolbox for almost every problem that a brand could face today, so I began to work with other brands like HALO Hydration. I drove their international and military growth, taking their military channel from zero to six figures in a single year and advising across formulation, positioning, retail, logistics, and compliance.
Today I work with select brands across multiple verticals in the CPG space. I run their TikTok Shop engines, build their Amazon strategy, and design the commercial systems that actually move units alongside Tiktok shop growth. Alongside EDI onboarding, retail rollout, product architecture, and channel expansion.
